MEET KYLE KRAJEWSKI, OUR DIRECTOR OF BRAND GROWTH
We’re excited to have Kyle join our agency and look forward to leveraging his expertise and drive to deliver results. Having worked with the top agencies in Silicon Valley, he has built branding and marketing programs for global enterprises, mid-market companies and plenty of startups. The one thing that is consistent is his passion for helping companies evolve their brands and accelerate their growth…and we’re thrilled to have him on our team.

TOGETHER AGAIN
For those who are not aware, Kyle and Alfredo go way back. Many years ago they both worked at Liquid Agency, the Branding firm that Alfredo co-founded in 2000. Back then Kyle provided leadership to account teams working on clients like Intel, Hewlett Packard, Microsoft, Adidas and many…many others – while Alfredo was responsible for overseeing all the creative work for Liquid’s clients.
Fast forward to 2025. The world has changed radically and companies, large and small, are looking for a new approach from their branding and marketing partners. Today, agility can no longer be just a buzzword. Companies expect agencies to adopt modern technologies to deliver work faster, more efficiently and with higher levels of predictability. This is a topic that is near and dear to both Kyle and Alfredo. So, after a few initial conversations, the idea of working together again started to make more and more sense. Kyle suggested the title of ‘Director of Brand Growth’ – a title that did not previously exist at Solid – yet, it perfectly reflects the objective that should drive every agency-client relationship: increasing market valuation by building brand value.
from insights to inspiration
One of the many things that sets Kyle apart from the rest, is his unique ability to turn insights into inspiration. He has a knack for quickly getting to the essence of a brand, crafting a clear messaging strategy and articulating a compelling narrative designed to inspire creative development. According to Kyle, the key is to start with an authentic and differentiated story, make it come to life through engaging creative, and execute it across every possible touchpoint. Success is the result of a disciplined approach that is aligned with business objectives, on-brand and blends consistency with cleverness and courageous, relevant creative execution. Kyle is also an expert at developing GTM strategies that build awareness, establish differentiation and create preference over the alternatives. And, he knows how to execute! Kyle has 25+ years driving creative tactical projects from one-sheets to TV advertising from product design and merchandising to large scale events and environmental executions, he’s seen it all.
STRATEGY AND EXECUTION
Often authoring critical strategy documents and presentations, Kyle is also a skilled copywriter, a project manager extraordinaire, and chief “get-things-done” officer. And, with his new AI assistant (named Sarah), he can move at lightning speed – knowing well that tight budgets and timelines are often a competitive advantage in today’s fast paced world.
The combination of Kyle’s skills and experience, with the talent of Solid’s creative teams make it possible for us to deliver a winning combination we like to call “logic and magic”. We’re excited because with Kyle’s help we’ll be able to help companies accelerate their growth and exceed their KPI’s like never before.
faster, cheaper and better? ABSOLUTELY.
Both Kyle and I agree that the advent of AI technologies is fundamentally changing the way business is done. From the perspective of our industry, we believe that AI can help expedite virtually every component of what we do, including research, strategy, messaging, creative, analytics, etc. Having built his career in Silicon Valley, it’s no surprise that Kyle is an early adopter of AI technologies. He has always been on top of emerging technologies. Fun fact: Kyle’s first e-mail address was kyle@aol.com.
At Solid, we’re actively implementing new AI tools into our processes – while continuing to imbue the work with human qualities like empathy, compassion, personality and real-life experience – which we believe is crucial to create work that connects at deeper levels. And we’re excited about how Kyle’s perspectives and experience with these tools will help us do even better work for our clients.
A PEEK AT KYLE'S CAREER
During the dot com bust of 2001 and after the tragedy of 9/11, Kyle built and ran the Marketing Services Division of Montgomery Professional Services for several years. He was recruited as Director of Client Services for Liquid Agency, the firm started by Alfredo Muccino, and for six years collaborated with some of the best marketers in the world.
In 2012 he became the VP Client Services and Partner at CatapultWorks, the largest agency in the Silicon Valley delivering brand and demand generation programs for many hundreds of clients from global enterprises to angel funded start-ups. CW was acquired by R2i, a digital company based on the East Coast in 2016. Kyle was promoted to SVP Client Services and managed 30+ account and project management FTE’s across three national offices before the entity was purchased by a private equity firm. In 2018. He has run his own consulting business since then, acting as outsource CMO and delivering marketing leadership for a number of companies
MORE SUCCESS STORIES COMING SOON
Soon, our website will include some examples of projects showcasing how Kyle has created tangible results for a number of companies. One of these is Mountz Torque, an employee-owned company where Kyle was the interim CMO. While there, he spearheaded a full rebrand which got the attention of Snap-on, the #1 professional tool brand in the world, ultimately leading to a successful acquisition. Kyle also helped reposition Silverpop, a cloud-based digital marketing company, by evolving the brand strategy and re-imagining the brand identity, which included a comprehensive brand system and website design. After the rebrand, IBM acquired Silverpop for $275 million. We expect that we’ll be adding many more success stories as soon as Kyle begins to work with Solid. In the meanwhile, if you’re interested in learning more about what Kyle has done in the past or expects to do in the future as the Director of Brand Growth at Solid Branding, please send him an email.
